After a long cold winter, we are finally seeing some sunshine! People are able to go out without layers of clothing, clean up their yards, cars, and outside of their houses. Being out in the warm sunshine feels so invigorating!
There is so much information coming at us saying
Stay out of the sun!
The Sun is bad for you!
But is it really?
Do the positives of sunshine outweigh the negatives?
Things like improved sleep
Production of Vitamin D which is essential for
- Bone health
- Support of the immune system
- Protection from dementia and brain aging
- Losing weight
- And more…..
